Just before Mothers Day Cris told me she was going to make some flowers out of egg cartons for her mother and grandmother and I thought it was a great ideas and wanted to make my own version.
But then I thought it would be better to introduce someone else vision. So I “suggest” Cris and by the way Verónica and Vero to make their own flowers following the same tutorial, you can see it here.
Here is the result. Cris, Vero and Verónica painted the carton and I decided to use tissue paper. Everyone of us used a different kind of egg carton so we came out with lillies and poppies. All of them were made with egg carton for the petals and pipe cleaners for the stamen.
This is our little tribute to spring time. Thank you very much to Cris, Verónica and Vero to follow me with my crazy ideas.
