Me pareció acertado publicar una entrada dedicada a todos aquellos que nos excedimos un poco con las comidas antes, durante y después de las fiestas. A continuación les dejo una gráfica con alimentos que son ideales para desintoxicar y limpiar el cuerpo. No soy aliada de las dietas pero si de la alimentación sana y saludable y mientras escribo esto me tomo un te verde... :)
