Amsterdam: van ravenstein boutique.

Esta tienda es una de las más chic de Amsterdam, esta situada en una zona que se conoce como "Nine Streets"  concretamente en Keizersgracht, 359, haciendo esquina con Huidenstraat. En ella encontrarás prendas de diseñadores como Givenchy, Maison Martin Margiela, , Balenciaga, y una gran selección de diseñadores belgas y alemanes como Dries van Noten, Ann Demeulemeester, Spijkers en Spijkers, Klavers van Engelen, Veronique Branquinho y por supuesto la marca holandesa Viktor & Rolf. / This store is one of the most chic boutiques in Amsterdam, it's situated on the place named "Nine Streets" to be precise at 359 Keizersgracht, on the corner of Huidenstraat. There you will find clothes by Givenchy, Maison Martin Margiela, Balenciaga and a big selection of Belgan and Deutch designers such as Dries van Noten, Ann Demeulemeester, Spijkers en Spijkers, Klavers van Engelen, Veronique Branquinho and of course the Netherlands Viktor & Rolf.

Los escaparates se muestran con un sólo maniquí por ventana. Por un lado, un vestido estilo Mad Men, en otro prendas de fondo de armario, y por último suelen tener en un par de escaparantes con algún bolso de temporada, y como fondo las paredes blancas. / The windows rarely show more than one dummy for each window. In one side, a dress Mad Men style, in other garments to get a basic wardrobe and for last, a few  windows with a current season's handbags in front white walls.

El bolso de Balenciaga (en la imagen), es un clásico, y uno de mis favoritos. Además lo están llevando muchas bloggers y style setters europeas. / The Balenciaga bag (on the image adove) is a classic and one of my favorites. Plus pleanty of bloggers and european style setters are wearing it a lot.
La boutique ofrece gran variedad de prendas tanto clásicas para el día a día o para la noche, como otras más vanguardistas y modernas. Pero es una de las tiendas mas caras de la zona, y es que como ya os comenté en algún post anterior, Amsterdam no es una ciudad para ir de compras o al menos no es la más adecuada para comprar prendas de diseñadores porque no es especialmente barata, ni puedes encontrar grandes chollos, ni cuentan con gran variedad de productos, además las tiendas de este tipo tienen poca competencia. / The boutique offer everything from classic wear for the day or evening to more futuristic clothes. But is one of the most expensive shops in the area and as I told you, in other of my post, Amsterdam is not a city to go shopping or at least I wouldn't recomend shopping designer brands in Amsterdam because is not cheap, you can not find great deals, it hasn't got a big variety of products, plus this kind of stores hasn't got much competition.


Consejos: Lo mejor de la tienda es que en ella tienen una gran variedad de bolsos de Balenciaga, que son ideales. Y algunos sábados en el sótano ofrecen artículos con descuentos, de los que puedes sacar alguna ganga. / Tips: The best of the shop is that they got variety of Balenciaga handbags, that are gorgeous. And on certain Saturdays, the boutique will offer some discounted items in the basement, of witch you may got a good deal.
