Decoración en recibidores

Hoy nos quedamos en la entrada, analizamos la decoración de una de las partes de la casa que para mí tiene mucha importancia, el recibidor. Es lo primero que vemos al acceder a una vivienda, por ella entramos, salimos, pasamos, nos observamos, nos damos los últimos retoques, nos descalzamos, nos abrigamos… Además, es la primera visión que tienen los invitados al llegar a nuestra casa. Me gustan los recibidores con personalidad y sobretodo prácticos.

Today we stay at the entrance, we analyse the decoration of one of the parts of the house which is among the most important for me, the hall. It’s the first thing that you see accessing home. In this area we go in, go out, go through, look into the mirror, take off our shoes,… Moreover, it is the first sight that our guests have when they arrive to our home. I like halls with personality and about all pretty useful.

En las viviendas de estilo escandinavo se le da mucha importancia a dicho espacio, cuando llegan a casa les gusta sentirse cómodos y desprenderse de todo lo innecesario. Su clima es más frío y lluvioso, con lo que muchas veces llegan mojados y con muchas capas que quitarse, es por eso que no suelen faltar zapateros, colgadores, alfombras, paragüeros, sillas, banquetas, muebles accesorios para dejar objetos, etc…

Colocando un papel pintado en la pared o pintándola de algún color que destaque sobre el resto de las tonalidades, otorgará protagonismo y calidez a la estancia.

Con lámparas, velas y espejos, daremos más luminosidad y sensación de amplitud.

This area is very important in Scandinavian countries’ houses, as when they arrive at home they like feeling comfortable and take off all the unnecessary things. Their weather is colder and rainy, so the majority of times they are wet, and wear a lot of clothing to take off. This is the reason why we usually find there shoemakers, coatracks, carpets, umbrella stands, chairs, stools, furniture accesories so as to leave objects, and so on,…

Placing a wallpaper or painting the wall with an special colour will make the hall stand out among the rest of the house’s areas.

With lamps, candles and mirrors, we will have more light and spaciousness.
