DIY #184. Flores de origami para una mesa primaveral/ Origami flowers for a spring table setting

Parece que con el buen tiempo va apeteciendo socializar un poquito más. Si vais a organizar una comida o una cena primaveral hoy os propongo crear unas flores de papel sencillas y que le darán un toque de color a vuestra mesa. Para hacer las flores solo necesitaréis papeles de colores y un poco de alambre, tijeras y pegamento.

In spring, we all are more social. If you are going to organize a spring lunch or dinner and you want to make a spring setting, you may take note of the DIY I’m showing you today. Easy origami flowers, ready in two minutes for a touch of colour at your table. To make this origami flower you just need paper, wire, scissors and glue.

Recorta pequeños cuadraditos de papel de colores, dóblalos por las diagonales y luego corta más o menos hasta la mitad. Recorta una de las esquinas de cada diagonal tal y como se muestra en la imagen y dobla la otra esquina, pegando el triángulo resultante a la cara adyacente.

Cut little squares out of colourful paper, fold them in the diagonals and them cut the fold to the middle. Cur one of the corner of each side and fold the other. Then glue the fold to the opposite side.

Inserta un alambre y pega un trocito de papel en forma de hoja, en la que puedes escribir el nombre de cada uno de los comensales. El resultado es el que veis una mesa con vivos colores y un detalle que no lleva mucho tiempo y le dará un aire diferente a la mesa. A veces cosas tan sencillas pueden crear ambientes diferentes y sorprender a tus invitados. Porque cualquier día es bueno para crear un momento especial y sorprender.

Now you just need to put wire and attach a leave shape piece of paper, where you can write the name of your guests. The result a table with bright colours. You don’t need much time to arrange this decor that will give your table a spring touch. Sometimes the simplest things can make the difference to surprise your guests. Every day is a good occasion to make something special.
