(ENGLISH AHEAD) Aún a pesar de que en unas horas me pegue un batacazo y la realidad me propine un sonora bofetada en todo el rostro, me arriesgo a ser por unas horas lo suficientemente ingenuo, romántico y utópico como para albergar la esperanza de que, gracias a la llamada Spanish Revolution, hoy va a ser un día especial.
Efectivamente, sería un regalo que las cosas cambiaran sustancialmente y que la clase política recibiera un claro mensaje de cambio de la ciudadanía. Por supuesto que tengo dudas, pero sólo respecto a los resultados, no respecto a la necesidad de dar un giro determinante a este sistema político que se nota agotado y corrompido.
Los valencianos Torre de Control, que en esta canción me recuerdan mucho a The Byrds, me sirven hoy para ilustrar un estado de ánimo presente, pero también futuro. No hay que bajar la guardia. Todavía hay mucho que hacer después de un día de elecciones en el que el atardecer no representa el final de nada, sino la esperanza de que el día siguiente ya no será un día cualquiera. Algo ha cambiado ya.

I think I'm going to go risky and say that the so-called Spanish Revolution is going to make today a very special day. Of course, I may get hugely disappointed by the results of today's elections in a few hours, but I do feel hopeful about the movement, despite the fact of being called naive, romantic or taking a utopian stance.
It would truly be a gift of God if things changed dramatically, as many of us are expecting, just to let all politicians get a clear message of what a vast number of angry people think about the current system, widely considered exhausted and corrupt.
The Valencia-based band Torre de Control very much cheer everyone up with this Byrds-style song. The beautiful sunset in the video does not portray the end of the day, but the certainty of tomorrow's new spring. There's no sunset for the spirit of thousands of cries for a better society. Despite the results, tomorrow nothing's going to be the same.
