LE CORBUSIER POR WILLY RIZZO

EXPOSICION DE FOTOGRAFIAS EN LA FONDATION LE CORBUSIER

Como parte de los actos organizados por La Chaux-de-Fonds, la Fondation Le Corbusier presenta en la sala de exposiciones de la Maison La Roche una serie de fotografías tomadas en 1953 por el fotógrafo Willy Rizzo. La muestra cuenta con fotografías que fueron publicadas en el Número 253 la revista Paris Match de fecha 30 de enero de 1954 y hasta entonces nunca fueron reproducidas, y otras fotografías en color y en blanco y negro.

Las imágenes fueron tomadas en el departamento atelier de 24, rue Nungesser et Coli en Boulogne, en el estudio de 35 Rue de Sèvres en París y en el Museo Nacional de Arte Moderno, y muestran un Le Corbusier reflexivo frente a parte de sus obras pictóricas y junto a una pizarra con dibujos en tizas de la Unite d’Habitation. La muestra estará abierta hasta el día 15 de diciembre de 2012.

INFORMACION DE LA MUESTRA

Toward the end of 1953, Willy Rizzo took a series of portraits of the architect Le Corbusier, three of which were published in the magazine Paris Match. Much of Rizzo’s work was done in medium-format color. These photographs have not been published since. As part of the events organized by La Chaux-de-Fonds exploring the relationship between Le Corbusier and photography, the Fondation Le Corbusier is presenting, in collaboration with Willy Rizzo, a selection of original color and black-and-white prints at the Maison La Roche.
