Hola chic@s, proseguimos con la semana, ya estamos a Miércoles.
Hoy os quiero mostrar los productos que no cambio y llevo años utilizando, puedo probar hidratantes, nutritivas...pero esto no nunca falta.
Soy una gran aficionada a los aceites tanto para el cabello como para la piel y los utilizo a diario.

Aceite de coco
Coconut oil

Es antivírico y antimicrobiano.
Un gran poder nutritivo en pieles secas, no recomendable en pieles grasas y con acné.
Lo utilizo para la piel y el cabello, como una mascarilla antes de lavarlo-exposición entre 15 a 20 minutos.

Aceite de Argán.Argan Oil.

Es muy hidratante y anti-envejecimiento.
Lo utilizo una vez al mes en el cabello.

Aceite de Rosa Mosqueta
Rosehip Oil

Regenera y nutre la piel, retrasa el envejecimiento, cicatrizante y regula el tono de la piel.

Alterno los tres aceites durante la semana y siempre por la noche, encima de aceite la crema.

El serúm y las cremas hidratantes las voy cambiando y probando otras, como este serúm de la farmacia que funciona bastante bien.
