Moda y Cine (2): Audrey Hepburn

Como ya comenté en otro post, moda y cine son dos artes que, en muchas ocasiones, van íntimamente ligados. Así que aquí voy con otra tanda de prendas literalmente de cine ;-) As I already commented in another post, fashion and cinema sometimes are attached. So here I'm showing you all more garments taken from movies ;-)
Como fan de Audrey Hepburn hay modelitos suyos que no puedo dejar de lado. Por ejemplo, es el caso del LBD (vestido corto negro) que lleva cuando encarna a Holly Golightly en "Desayuno con diamantes". De hecho, es tan conocido que se ha convertido en uno de los disfraces más "fashion" por excelencia. Este vestido lo diseñó el propio Hubert de Givenchy y posiblemente, a día de hoy, sea EL LBD.  
As a fan of Audrey Hepburn there are some of her outfits I just can't forget. For example, the LBD (little black dress) she wears in "Breakfast at Tiffany's". In fact it's so well known that it has become one of the most fashionable disguises. This dress was designed by Hubert de Givenchy himself and maybe it's THE LBD in capital letters.

Otro vestido de Audrey Hepburn que tengo que destacar sí o sí, es el vestido de encaje negro de Givenchy que lleva en la película "Cómo robar un millón". Un LBD icónico que me atrevería a decir que se podría llevar a día de hoy. Sin embargo, este no es el único vestido de la Hepburn que resulta destacable en esta película y es que luce unos modelos de Givenchy que son para morirse de la envidia. Tanto es así que en la misma película Peter O'Toole le comenta que, por una noche, puede prescindir de Givenchy.  I feel that I actually have to write about another dress that Audrey Hepburn wears in the film "How to Steal a Million". It's the lace little black dress designed like Givenchy. An iconic LBD that I'd even dare to say can be worn nowadays without looking old-fashioned at all. However, it isn't the only outfit by Givenchy that Audrey wears in the film, in fact her Givenchy dresses are so many that even there's a line in the film where Peter O'Toole comments her that for a night she could give Givenchy a night off. 
 
Pero Audrey, pese a que Givenchy es su diseñador de moda favorito, no viste exclusivamente de él.  Ahora me estoy acordando del vestido futurista que de Paco Rabanne que luce en la película de "Dos en la carretera". Un vestido que siempre me ha encantado y es que yo soy muy de clásicos pero debo tener algo de urraca porque me fascinan las cosas que brillan.  The favourite fashion designer of Audrey was Hubert de Givenchy, but she also wears clothes of other designers. Right now I'm thinking in the futurist dress by Paco Rabanne that she wears in the film "Two for the Road". It's a dress that I've always loved and what happens to me is that I am a bit like a magpie and love glittering things.
