El artista chileno Teo ha hecho un nuevo mural en Valparaíso, esto sería ya de por si solo, noticia, puesto que el mural es de una belleza impresionante, pero la trascendencia de esta gran obra de arte debe ir más allá. El trabajo representa un homenaje del artista urbano al artista post-impresionista Vincent van Gogh.
