En un satsang que tuvo lugar en la presencia divina en Atenas, Grecia, el 4 de abril de 2017, un devoto preguntó ¿qué significa la unidad.
Y esto es lo que dijo Swami:
Pregunta: Amado Swami, que son de Moscú. Estamos a la espera de que entres a Rusia en agosto. ¿Nos podría decir qué significa la unidad?
Swami: En primer lugar, unidad significa, que lo que usted piensa, usted debe hablar; lo que usted habla, deben hacer. Pensamiento, palabra y acción debe ser el mismo. Ese es el primer tipo de unidad se debe lograr. Pensando en algo, hablando algo y luego hacer otra cosa que no es la unidad. A menos que lograr la unidad interna, no se puede lograr la unidad externa. Hay grandes presidentes y primeros ministros dando discursos sobre unir, unir, unir, sino simplemente por dar discursos, nadie lo hace, de hecho, estar unidos. Es sólo cuando piensan bien, habla bien y actuar bien, el desarrollo de la unidad dentro, que puedan encontrar la unidad exterior.
Siempre digo, "Todos ustedes son seres divinos." También dice: "Todos somos seres divinos", pero sólo hablo así. ¿Actúa de acuerdo con esa premisa? Tal vez usted piensa y habla de esa manera, pero, por lo que actuar de esa manera, que no es así. Por lo tanto, a menos que se logre la unidad dentro, no se puede lograr la unidad exterior en el mundo, como la base de toda la unidad es la unidad del propio pensamiento, palabra y obra.-

In a satsang held in the divine presence at Athens, Greece, on 4 April, 2017, a devotee asked what does unity mean.
And here is what Swami said:
Question: Beloved Swami, we are from Moscow. We are waiting for You to come to Russia in August. Could You please tell us what unity means?
Swami: First and foremost, unity means, that what you think, you must speak; what you speak you, must do. Thought, word and deed should be the same. That is the first type of unity one must achieve. Thinking something, speaking something and then doing something else is not unity. Unless you achieve inner unity, you cannot achieve outer unity. There are great presidents and prime ministers giving speeches about uniting, uniting, uniting, but merely by giving speeches, no one does, in fact, become united. It is only when they think good, speak good and act good, developing unity within, that they can find unity outside.
I always say, "You are all divine beings." You also say, "We are all divine beings," but you only talk like that. Do you act according to that premise? Perhaps you think and speak that way but, as far as acting that way, it is not so. Therefore, unless you achieve unity within, you cannot achieve unity outside in the world, as the basis of all unity is unity of one's own thought, word and deed. --
