The best chocolate cake in the world

After visiting the Evanescence's favourite spot, or Santa María del Mar, you could take a break at bubó (Born). Carles Mampel, its owner, won the best chocolate cake in the world award in 2005 in Lyon, France. If you love chocolate as much as me, just ask for the miniXabina, the tiny version of the cake that won the prize. There are so many temptations! My favourite cakes are the Xabina, the cake with tangerines and, then, a cake that looks like velvet. This post is not sponsored, I just like these cakes! Enjoy! Después de ver la plaza preferida de Evanescence, o de visitar Santa María del Mar, os recomiendo hacer una pausa en el bubó (Born). Carles Mampel, su dueño, ganó el premio al mejor pastel de chocolate del mundo en 2005 en Lyon. Si os gusta el chocolate tanto como a mí, una apuesta segura es pedir el minipastel Xabina, el que ganó el premio. De todas formas, hay muchas tentaciones con tantos sabores, colores y texturas diferentes. Mis pasteles preferidos son el Xabina, el de mandarina y uno que parece de terciopelo rojo.
