Trend hunting: round shades

Gracias al mundo mágico de la moda donde todo lo que se usaba en décadas pasadas hace su regreso triunfal para convertirse en un icono indiscutido, las gafas redondas volvieron para quedarse. Mi primer encuentro con esta pieza fue de la mano de John Lennon y sus exquisitos Ray Ban (que seamos realistas, sólo a él le quedan así de espectacular), Ozzy Osbourne con su versión en violeta y Janis Joplin con su versión maxi, para luego regresar con las Chanel que solían lucir las hermanas Olsen volviendo loca a más de una.
Actualmente se permite jugar con los tamaños y colores creando una amplia variedad de opciones para elegir, luciendo las celebridades sus mejores exponentes.
Thanks to the magic world of fashion where everything that was used in past decades makes it's triumphant return to become an undisputed icon, round glasses are here to stay. My first encounter with this piece was from the hand of John Lennon and his exquisite Ray Ban (which lets face it only he looks so amazing), Ozzy Osbourne with his violet version and Janis Joplin with a maxi version then to return with the Chanel ones wore by the Olsen twins  freaking out more than one girl.
Currently you can play with sizes and colors creating a wide variety of options to choose from, having celebrities as its greatest exponents and spokespersons.

Por mi parte me considero una fanática de las gafas pero esta estructura me tiene más que obsesionada y pretendo armar una colección para la historia con piezas representativas y culturalmente exitosas.
