El proyecto de Goregrind español Blasting Rott ha lanzado su álbum debut, «Tales From The Cutting Plant». El disco ya está disponible en formato MLP de 10 pulgadas a través del sello español Sewer Stench Records. La versión en CD será editada próximamente por la checa Bizarre Leprous Production.
Blasting Rott es un dúo formado por veteranos de la escena: Sergio Martino (guitarras y bajo) y Paolo Deodato (batería y voces), ambos conocidos por su trabajo en proyectos como Gruesome Stuff Relish y Repugnance.
El álbum consta de nueve canciones de Goregrind crudo, que la banda posiciona para los seguidores nostálgicos del sonido sangriento y primitivo de bandas clásicas como Xysma, Regurgitate o Dead Infection.
El trabajo fue grabado en Mercurio (Mieres) en abril de 2025. La mezcla y masterización digital fueron realizadas por Paolo Deodato, mientras que Fernando Marín se encargó de la masterización para vinilo en Supersonic Studio. El tema final, «Psalmus Cruentus», incluye la colaboración de Llara Martínez en el violín, y el arte de la portada es obra de Deodato.

Blasting Rott is a duo formed by veterans of the scene: Sergio Martino (guitars and bass) and Paolo Deodato (drums and vocals), both known for their work in projects such as Gruesome Stuff Relish and Repugnance.
The album consists of nine songs of raw Goregrind, which the band positions for nostalgic followers of the primitive, gory sound of classic bands like Xysma, Regurgitate, or Dead Infection.
The work was recorded at Mercurio (Mieres) in April 2025. The digital mixing and mastering were handled by Paolo Deodato, while Fernando Marín took care of the vinyl mastering at Supersonic Studio. The final track, «Psalmus Cruentus» includes the collaboration of Llara Martínez on violin, and the cover art is the work of Deodato.
