Cómo hacer coronas de flores

Lo confieso, me considero una auténtica amante de las coronas de flores. Sí, así es; no puedo negarlo. Desde hace ya algunos veranos no dejo de verlas por todos los sitios y cada vez me gustan más y más. ¡Son irresistibles!. Admito que no me lanzo a llevarlas por la calle, pero ¿por qué no atrevernos con ellas en la playa y en alguno de los muchos festivales de verano?. En este post os enseñaré cómo hacer una de ellas en casa :)

I admit it, I'm a real flower crowns lover. Yeah, that's right; I can't deny it. Since a couple of summers ago I see them non-stop, everywhere, and I love them even more.They're irresistible.  I have to say that I don't wear it on the street, but why not using them at the beach or as part of our outfit in one of those summer festivals? In this post you will learn how to do your own flower crown at home :)

Lo único que necesitas es pensar en qué estilo de corona de flores quieres crear, comprar la base para la corona, las flores (artificiales, o no) y algo de cola u otro tipo de pegamento. ¡Quedará tan bonita como tú quieras!

You only need to decide which style of flower crown do you want to create, get a base for the crown, the flowers (fake, or not) and any kind of glue. It will be as gorgeous as you want!

Necesitarás: Alicates, alambre, tijeras, cola, tela y flores

You need: pliers, wire, scissors, glue, fabric and flowers.

Pasos a seguir/ Seteps:

1. Corta dos alambres del mismo tamaño y los trenzamos. Dóblalos en forma de círculo y une los extremos. Cut two pieces of wire (same size) and braid them. Bend them creating a circle and put the endings together.

2. Forramos todo el círculo con tela. Iremos pegando la tela al alambre con cola. Line the circle with some fabric sticking the fabric to the wire with some glue.

3. Cortamos las flores y las pegamos al al círculo que hemos creado como más nos guste. Cut as much flowers as you like and stick them on the circle as you prefer. 

4. Hacemos un lazo de tela en el punto donde se juntan los alambres. ¡Listo! Make a bow where the two pieces of wire have been  put together. Done!

Así es como yo he creado mis coronas de flores, pero hay muchísimas formas más de hacerlas. ¡Podéis probar con bandas elásticas!, quedarán también muy bonitas, o incluso con flores naturales para una fiesta especial; simplemente tenéis que dejar volar vuestra imaginación.
That's how I've created my flower crowns, but there's lots of ways to make them. You can try with elastic bands!, they will look incredible; or even with natural flowers for a special party. You just have to let your imagination fly.
