An arrest warrant was issued on October 12 for Kyle D. Bowen and his $ 5,000 bond was revoked after he failed to appear in court. Bowen is charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, impaired driving, suspended driving and carrying an open container of alcohol.

Lacey L. Gibson was sentenced on October 13 to 36 months of community correction and ordered to pay $ 120 for possession of marijuana with the intention of selling and distributing drug precursors and paraphernalia.

An arrest warrant for Conan H. Glickman was issued on October 13 after he failed to appear in court for sentencing.

Katie R. Hill made a clear plea on September 22 to possession of Xanax and was sentenced to one year of probation and to undergo a drug and alcohol addiction assessment. That same day, a charge of possession of methamphetamine was dismissed.

Dawn N. Kohman was sentenced on October 13 to 36 months in community prison and ordered to pay $ 220 for the distribution of methamphetamine. She was ordered to register as a delinquent.

Ashley M. McDonald was formally charged on Friday with possession of marijuana and driving without a valid license.

The charges of aggravated endangerment of a child, placing a child in a reckless situation and driving without a valid driver's license previously filed against Johnathan C. Prebble were dismissed on October 12 in conjunction with pleadings filed in two juvenile cases filed against him. Charges in juvenile cases were not available in the court system.

David Rose made a clear plea on September 15 to possession of methamphetamine. A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed.
