Para empezar la semana, qué mejor que con estos deliciosos croissants. Esponjositos, con una textura casi aterciopelada (no exagero) y delicioso sabor a mantequilla...y el blanco, con un toque justo de azúcar y nueces, perfecto para acompañarlo con un café, claro está. Se me hace agua la boca al recordarlos.
Esta foto la tomé durante un viaje en tren por Suiza, por cierto, panes deliciosos que compré en el tren (como todo lo de ese país, perfecto).

To start the week, nothing better than these delicious croissants So moistured, almost velvety in texture (not exaggerating) and delicious butter flavor...the white one with just a touch of sugar and nuts, perfect to accompany it with coffee, of course. It makes my mouth water just to think of it.
I took this photo during a train journey through Switzerland, by the way, delicious breads I bought on the train (like everything in this country, perfect)
