Fotografía: Cómo escoger el mejor encuadre de un edificio cuyo entorno aún no está consolidado

Por: Javier Dahl (To read English version go to the bottom of the article) Del estudio VoluarArquitectura traigo hoy este ejemplo de cómo escoger el mejor encuadre de un edificio cuyo entorno aún no está consolidado. Se trata de la comisaría de policía situada en el distrito de Fuencarral El Pardo, Madrid.  El edificio no pasa inadvertido en el barrio de Arroyofresno, por su importante volumen y sobre todo porque está rodeado de viviendas adosadas de menor altura. Se caracteriza por su clara volumetría de color gris de diversos tonos, de la que destacan varios cuerpos volados en todas las fachadas. Si comprobáis  todas las tomas de este post están hechas desde el mismo lugar, pero tan solo se diferencian en que el punto de vista se ha ido elevando hacia el cielo, haciendo desaparecer el entorno, aún incompleto, el cierre perimetral, y en esta ultima toma, casi hasta las plantas inferiores.

This is a police station located in the district of Fuencarral El Pardo, Madrid. The building is a urban icon in the neighborhood. It's a building which a good design, a clear volume and it is surrounded by  lower height townhouses.
Colour in various shades of gray, there are  another important small volumes  in each facade.
You can notice that all shots in this post are taken from the same place, but moving the frame up to the sky. We isolate the still incomplete surroundings, the perimeter fence and finally, almost  the lower floor.
