How to eat mamones :)

Hey! This week have been pure relax :) I got to finish some projects of wich I'll show you soon. For the record, I'm posting in a rush because my internet conection it's terrible, apparently my modem is broken and we can't buy a new one untill the easter week is over, sadly that will be tomorrow :(
I don't know if you remember my mamones tree, it was beautifully loaded and I was waiting it to be ripe enough because if not then it would be acid and bitter. Well, the time has come :) oh, and I don't know how to translate mamones, so, if you know this tree please tell me how you call it.
