Esta mañana, escuchando el vídeo que El Litos pone en su blog musical, me ha dado por pensar en ellas. Una de las componentes de Bananarama deja su boyante trío para formar un grupo con esta chica, y unos cuantos mas... Shakespeare´s Sister. El binomio era muy rentable, la voz grave de Siobhan contrastaba con los agudos de esta poderosa voz.
Pero los egos son malos consejeros, y nunca fueron una amistad consolidada y después de mil promesas para ser tratada como un mienbro más del grupo, Marcella (o Siobham, quien sabe), se separó, comenzando una andadura en solitario que, si bien no fue tan rentable como la época de Stay, nos dejó algún que otro buen tema. Aunque sólo sea para escucharla, merece la pena darle al play.
