Mi animal preferido, el perezoso / Mi favourite animal, the sloth

Sabéis que me gusta tomar un tema y ver como se trata artísticamente en diferentes disciplinas. Esta vez he escogido el perezoso, mi animal preferido (después de los perros, desde luego, pero eso me parece más obvio). Cuando digo que me encantan los perezosos, el 99% de la gente me dice: "¿Cómo puede ser? ¡Para eso es más bonito el koala!" Y yo contesto que no se mueve como el perezoso, tan tranquilón, con esa expresión tan cariñosa y dulce. Y parece que los artistas lo ven así, porque eso transmiten las creaciones que he recopilado.
You know that I like to chose a topic and see how it is treated artistically in different disciplines. This time I chose the sloth, my favorite animal (after the dogs, certainly, but I think this is too obvious). When I tell people I love sloths, 99% of them tells me: "Sure? The koala is nicer!" And I reply that koalas do not move as sloths do, so calm, with this lovely and sweet face. And it seems that artists see it this way, because that is what the creations I have compiled express.
