I have a sort of weird relation with cappuccinos. I mean, I do love them, bur for some reason I've become really picky about the way they are prepared. It's like if I was looking for the "perfect" cappuccino or something like this ! it must be served with extra foam, but the one that remains all the time until the coffee is over...that one that you can almost "eat" with a teaspoon in the empty mug.
I know, very picky :P
Me encantan los cappuccinos. Lo que pasa es que me he vuelto muy maniática con la manera de prepararlos. Es como si estuviera buscando el cappuccino perfecto.Tiene que tener poca leche y doble de espuma...pero sobretodo que sea de esa espuma que te dura hasta que te terminas el café. De esa que, con la taza ya vacía, casi te puedes "comer" con la cucharilla...mmmm
