Siento haber tardado con el post, han habido muchos problemas con blogger. El jueves por la tarde dejó de estar operativo y todo lo que tenía hecho se ha borrado, así que empiezo de nuevo con este post. / I am so sorry I have been late with this post, it has been so many problems with blogger. On thursday evening was no longer working and all I had done has been deleted so I am starting again with this post.
Esta temporada es la de los colores, y encima con el buen tiempo y el sol apetece mucho llevarlos. Mi armario esta lleno de color, ¿y los vuestros? Si no es así, animaros porque llevarlos da mucha energía y sientan fenomenal. El verde es uno de los que menos gusta llevarlos a la gente, algunos dicen que no sienta muy bien, otros tienen ideas preconcebidas, lo cierto es que este tono ha estado muy presente en la antigüidad y en muchas culturas. A continuación os lo cuento mas detenidamente. / This season color is so in, plus with the warm weather and the sunshine its so cool to wear them. My wardrobe is full of color, and yours? If it doesn't ad some of it because it give so much energy, and feels so great to wear it. Green is not welcome for many people, some say that it doesn't fit good, others got preconceived ideas, the truth is that this tone has been part of many ancient cultures; in some for good and in others for bad. Following I tell you all about it.
En muchas culturas el verde ha estado muy presente como significado de riqueza, crecimiento, fertilidad y naturaleza. Sin embargo, en otras estaba relacionado a la envidia, enfermedades, a la muerte e incluso al demonio. Además hay muchos dichos populares que tienen el verde muy presente como "muerto de envidia", o "El que con verde se atreve, por guapo de tiene", etc. Con todo esto es fácil entender porque el verde no ha estado muy presente en la historia de la moda. / In many culture green has been very present has the meaning of wellness, growth, fertility and nature. However, in others has been related to envy, illness, death and even with the devil. Esta temporada, los diseñadores han incluido este tono en sus colecciones, algunos de los más populares son Jil Sander, Philip Lim, Sita Murt, Juanjo Oliva, entre otros. / But lats go back to the fashion word. Con este post quiero que os sintaís seguros al llevar el verde, porque realmente si que favorece a muchos y es una pena no sacarle partido. / With this post I want you to feel confidence by wearing green because it really looks great in many people and its a petty not take advantage of this.
¿Que verde te favorce? / Which tone of green will looks nice on you?
1- Si tu tono de piel es blanca, y tienes ojos claros, y el pelo rubio, castaño claro o pelirrojo, el verde que te favorece es el manzana, pero evita los verdes oscuros. / If you got white skin and clear eyes, and are blond, have red hair or nut brown, the green that flatter you are the apple one, but avid the dark onces.
2- Si tienes los ojos verdes, tu color perfecto es el verde porque los resaltará mas. / If you got green eyes, your perfect color is green because it will highlight them.
3- Si eres morena el verde te favorce, pero ojo con los que son demasiado amarillentos sólo te quedarán bien cuando estés bronceada, y en caso de duda opta por los mas fuertes. / If you got brunette green will flatter you, but be careful with the onces that are too yellow they only looks good when you are tanned, and if you are not sure go for the strongest.
¿Cómo combinar el verde? / How to mix and match green?
1. Verde + Amarillo. / Green + Yellow.
Ambos juntos evocan verano, alegría y vitalidad. Hay que ser atrevido para llevarlos pero es una combinación estupenda para el 2011. / Both together reminds summer, happiness and vitality. You have to be daring to wear them but is a cool mix for 2011.
2. Verde + Naranja. / Green + Orange.
Transmite frescura. Me recuerda a mi infancia y a los huertos de naranjas. Queda muy estiloso y elegante. / Conveys fresness. It reminds me to my childhood and the orange orchards. It looks so stylish and elegant.
3. Verde + Rosa. / Green + Pink.
Es la mezcla más apropiada porque es muy tradicional. Si lo combinas con un rosa madreselva irás muy trendy porque esta tonalidad de rosa es el color de 2011. Si quereís saber más del madreselva, aqui. / Its the most appropiated match because is so traditional. 4. Verde + Azul / Green + Blue.
Es la mezcla más curiosa porque son colores muy similares entre sí, todo depende de las tonalidades que combines. Personalmente, al principio de la temporada, no me convencían los dos colores juntos, pero a raíz de ver imágenes y de mezclar con las prendas de mi armario para mis estilismo, cada día estoy más segura de que es una buena opción. / Its the most bizarre mix because both colors are so similar, all is up to the tones you match. Personally, at the begging of the season I wasn't convince to put both color together, but after seen images and mix my closet garments to my own looks, I am positive its a good choice.
5. Verde + Rojo. / Green + Red.
6. Verde + Negro. / Green + Black.
Para la noche, queda elegante y chic. / For the evening, it looks so elegant and chic.

Los estamos viendo en todos sitios: blogs, webs, revistas, looks de calle…así que ¿a qué estas esperando?
