The fashion shows are to dream, to hope, to imagine ... are small films that excite and make you happy. At least I feel that way when a designer touches my soul with their work. Moments when you forget the world and yourself. It happened so when I saw the Josep Font proposal for Del Pozo.
Just little reminded me the work of his predecessor, Jesus del Pozo. He was minimalism and sobriety. I prefer elaborate and complex collections. So was the Josep Font show, a declaration of intent and a full stop, characterized by very couture garments. Beautiful lace, embroidery, pleats and details.
I especially love a cute striped mini oranges, combined with a chiffon blouse with applique and petals on the shoulders.
The work of styling and presentation of garments was great too. At the height of the excitement that was around one of the most expected shows of the moment. I thought I saw something in the old Del Pozo in volume skirts long dresses, but that light memories was lost in as luxurious and feminine silhouettes proposed Font, which are so of him.
An excellent proposal that was a delight to those who love fashion.
