magic istambul

La llamada a la oración en Estambul es una de las experiencias más maravillosas que he podido disfrutar este viaje. Una ciudad llena de caos, pero tan sumamente hermosa, que de pronto se llena de la mágica voz del imán con sus cánticos religiosos. Es una preciosidad. Este momento tiene lugar cinco veces al día, el “sabah” (antes del amanecer), el “ögle” (al mediodía), “ikindi” (por la tarde), el “aksam” (tras la puesta de sol), y “yatsı” (por la noche).

Y aunque la ciudad no cambia en nada su ritmo cuando se escucha la llamada, es un momento lleno de autenticidad. Visitar Santa Sofía es otra de los grandes tesoros que me llevo este verano. En mis pupilas, en mi recuerdo… siempre conmigo. Besos!!! The call to pray in Istambul is one of the most amazing experiences that I have lived on this trip. A city full of chaos but, unbelievably attractive. It is surrounded by the voice of the Iman with his chants. It is absolutely gorgeous. This thing happens 5 times a day, “sabah” (before sunrise), el “ögle” (afternoon), “ikindi” (evening), “aksam” (after sunset) and “yatsı” (at night).
And although the city never changes the its rhythm, when you listen to the call it is a moment full of authenticity.
To visit Santa Sophia it is another of the great moments of this treasure summer trip. Recorded on my pupils, in my thoughts… always with me.
