Hace poco más de un año, con motivo de mi 40 cumpleaños, mi marido me organizó una fiesta sorpresa bajo el lema "Con 40 años... y tan flamenca!" Adivinad de donde salió el nombre de este blog?
Ahora es el quien cumple los 40 y ya me advirtió con tiempo y de forma enérgica "POR FAVOR, NO QUIERO FIESTAS SORPRESA". Bien, él me habló de fiestas sopresa, pero no me dijo nada de "Desayunos sorpresa" así que ni corta ni perezosa monté como un duende en la noche una mesa "cumpleañera para dos" bajo el lema "Pa' flamenco tú!) para que la encontrara lista cuando se levantara.
Ya os podéis imaginar... rojo, y blanco, lunares a go-go, tarta, velas y... muchos regalos!

A year ago my husband organized a surprise party for my 40th birthday under the slogan " Con 40 años y tan flamenca! Guess where I got the name of this blog!!
Today is his 40th birthday and he advised me in advance... "PLEASE, I DON'T WANT ANY SURPRISE PARTY". OK, ok...he advised me about surprise parties but he didn't say anything about a surprise breakfast for two, so I set a "flamenco" table during the night so that it was waiting for him very early in the morning. The slogan? Pa' flamenco tu (It means, more or less "you are much more flamenco than me)
Red and white colors, polka dots, a birthday cake, candles and... so many gifts for him!
Para la mesa hice unos individuales de papel kraft conun bolsillo para la servilleta y los cubiertos con cartulina corrugada y washitape "flamenquito".

I made a paper tablecloths with a little pocket for the napkin using my favorite materials: kraft paper, corrugated cardboard and polka dotted washi tape.
