Hace unos días vi el vídeo El optimismo en tiempo de crisis que BertaGM80 compartió en Twitter y hubo algo que me hizo pensar. Víctor Kuppers comentaba que cuando las cosas van mal, lo que hay que hacer es pensar en 20 cosas que te hacen feliz para seguir adelante. Me quedé pensando, reduje la lista a 10 (porque no tienes que pensar ni un minuto para recordarlas) y aquí está el resultado.

Víctor Kuppers said that when things go wrong, a good way to overcome it is thinking of 20 things that make you happy . I started thinking about it and I reduced the list by half (because you don’t have to spend even a minute) and this is the result.
