Gracias a un diseño excelente y a una gran idea, este apartamento de 40m2 en Tel Aviv aprovecha al máximo todas sus posibilidades. La rehabilitación de este apartamento se basa en la construcción de un volumen rectangular en el medio del piso de donde se crea el baño, se aprovecha el tabique para separar la cocina y se crean zonas de almacenaje en el salón, esto da lugar a solucionar estos tres ambientes en el mínimo espacio, lo que significa  que queda espacio para que el dormitorio tenga un tamaño decente. El uso de puertas correderas y el hecho de que mobiliario y paredes sean blancos le suman aún más ligereza a  esta solución volumétrica

Thanks to a great idea and excellent design, this appartment of 40 square meters located in Tel Aviv makes the most of its possibilities. The rehabilitation of this appartment is based on the construction of a rectangular volume in the middle of the flat, where the bathroom is placed. The partition wall is used to separate the kitchen and it has storage areas in the living room. Like this, we have three rooms in the same space, so that the bedroom has decent size. The use of sliding doors and white walls and furniture gives this volumetric solution even more lightness.
