I'm literally obsess with Zumba Fitness workouts.I love to dance and be fit, so my mum recommend me to practise Zumba, a type of dance which mixes some fitness technics .You burn fat so quickly and you see the results in two or three workouts.So I reach on youtube and found gold ;) Tiffany Rothe workoutse only last 10 minutes and you can mix th, they are amazing them or simply go to the playlist where you can find some great rutines.I love them and they actually work that's why I recommend you!Hope you like them!
Yo estoy loca con estos videos por eso os confieso mi nueva debilidad: El Zumba Fitness. Me encanta bailar y estar en forma,por lo que el otro día mi madre me recomendó zumba, un estilo de baile que mezcla muchas técnicas del fitness. Pone en forma y gasta muchas calorías en poco tiempo, por ahora yo estoy viendo los resultados (sobretodo en el abdomen que está más duro).Pues buscando en youtube encontré los entrenamientos de Tiffany Rothe, son vídeos de 10 minutos que puedes ir mezclando a tu gusto o escoger unas rutinas que tiene ya preparadas.Son bastante entretenidas y las hay en ingles y español, te enseña como respirar, con los diferentes ejercicios y es bastante importante y marca la diferencia en nuestro cuerpo.Espero que os gusten =D
