30) ¿Cuándo se implanta el 1X2 que conocemos actualmente?
Hasta 1948 no se implanta definitivamente el 1X2 con 14 partidos. 
El primer boleto que se conserva sellado es del 22 de noviembre de 1931.
Los González Lavín levantaron los cimientos, de lo que posteriormente se conoció como el 1X2, con un reglamento impreso que regulaba el reparto de premios y los posibles contratiempos como la suspensión de partidos.
El organigrama estaba dirigido por una comisión de control que precintaba los resguardos de los boletos, realizaba el escrutinio ante la presencia pública y admitía reclamaciones.
Una comparación de aquel primer reglamento (editado en 1931) y el aprobado por el Estado (en 1949) dueño del negocio tras la guerra civil; demuestra la capacidad e inteligencia de sus primeros diseñadores, cuyos nombres merecen ser nombrados. La comisión estaba integrada por Manuel Cos, Francisco Peral, Manuel Escudero y Antonio Balaguer, por aquel entonces jugador del Racing de Santander.
El público llegaba, llenaba la hoja y la depositaba en un buzón del mismo bar. Posteriormente los señores de la comisión se encargaban de clasificar las papeletas allí depositadas.
Los primeros boletos constaban de cinco partidos ya que sólo diez eran los equipos que en 1930, disputaban el campeonato. Recordemos sus nombres: Racing, Barcelona, Arenas, Athletic, Real Unión de Irún, Europa, Real Sociedad, Alavés, Real Madrid y Deportivo Español. (Continuará…)

30) When was the 1X2 as we know it today introduced?
The 1X2 is not definitely introduced with its 14 games until 1948.
The first betting ticket that remains sealed today is from the 22 of November, 1931.
The Gonzalez Lavin raised the foundations of what later became known as the 1X2 with printed rules that regulated the distribution of prizes and possible setbacks such as the suspension of matches.
The organization chart was led by a monitoring committee that used to seal the proofs of betting tickets to carry out the scrutiny before the public presence and to admit claims.
A comparison of that first regulation (published in 1931) and approved by the State (in 1949), owner of the business after the civil war, demonstrates the ability and intelligence of the first designers whose names deserve to be mentioned. The commission was composed by Manuel Cos, Francisco Peral, Manuel Escudero and lastly Antonio Balaguer who was in those days a player of Racing of Santander.
People used to arrive, to fill out a sheet and to deposit it in a mailbox in the same bar. Later the committee members were responsible for classifying the deposited betting tickets.
The first betting tickets consisted in five games since there were only ten teams playing the championship in 1930. Let’s remember their names: Racing, Barcelona, Arenas, Athletic, Real Union Irun, Europe, Real Sociedad, Alava, Real Madrid and Deportivo Español. (To be continued…)
