Aliexpress | información y mi experiencia

TEMORES AL COMPRAR EN ALIEXPRESS
Al principio me rehusaba a comprar en una web que no conocía, y más siendo china (aunque la tenemos disponible en muchos otros idiomas incluyendo Español).
Además solo se puede pagar con tarjeta de crédito y eso me daba aun más desconfianza porque siempre utilizo Paypal.
De todas formas usando la posibilidad de compra online de la BBK y su apartado llamado VINI, me ahorro sustos o cobros no deseados ya que solo pueden cobrarme el importe que yo admito y el número de cuenta/tarjeta es creado por el programa; así no revelamos nuestro número de cuenta real en ningún momento, no se si me explico.

SEGURIDAD
La web nos ofrece seguridad con nuestras compras ya que si algo no nos llega podemos abrir una disputa y se nos devolverá el dinero.

La web es la gestora de los vendedores que forman parte de ella, y no se les paga hasta que el comprador recibe el producto.

ENVÍO
Hay que tener en cuenta que el envío gratis internacional desde China lleva siempre bastante tiempo. En compras realizadas en Ebay suele demorarse entre 2 a 3 semanas en mi caso, pero en Aliexpress puede durar hasta 40 días.FEARS WHEN PURCHASING ON ALIEXPRESS
First, I was skeptic to purchase on this website because I didn't know anything about it and it was chinese (even if we have it available in many languages including English).
Moreover, you can only pay using a credit card. I am used to pay with Paypal so I didn't consider it secure enough.
Some cards allow to the customer to concrete a certain quantity you only want to pay so that you don't get unfortunate payments without your consent. Also, you may create a false credit card number with some Bank's programmes to ensure that no one knows your real credit card number. Ask at your Bank for more information.
For those living in Spain and using BBK's credit card, let me know in the comments if you want an specific blog post explaining how to use this security system.
SAFETY
The website itself offers a guaranty for our purchases. If something doesn't arrive we can open a dispute and the website will give our money back.

The site is the manager of the sellers who sell there and doesn't pay them until us, customers, receive our item.

DELIVERY
You must take into account that Free International delivery from China takes a while. When I buy on Ebay it takes between 2 to 3 weeks, but on Aliexpress it can take even until 40 days.
FACILIDADES
La gran novedad y diferencia con Ebay, es que podemos leer en el momento los comentarios de los compradores sobre el artículo que deseamos adquirir. De esta manera tendremos una opinión más formada del producto y de si realmente es como se nos describe y merece la pena. Además, se pueden incluir fotos en los comentarios por lo que podemos apreciar cómo le ha llegado el producto al  comprador que decida compartir sus fotos.
Otro plus que tiene esta web es que agrupa a muchos vendedores en un mismo lugar. Cada vendedor pone un precio al producto, pero como venden prácticamente todos lo mismo, el mismo artículo puede valer hasta 2 o 3 veces menos en otro vendedor, siendo exactamente lo mismo.
Y por último, y más destacable de todo lo que se puede comentar de esta web, es que podemos hablar/chatear en el momento con los vendedores que estén en línea para hacerles preguntas o pedirles fotos reales del producto (necesitamos comunicarnos en Inglés). Esto tiene una pega, y es que muchos de los vendedores pasan de responder ya sea porque no saben Inglés o porque no les sale de ahí. También se les puede escribir por privado.
GRUPOS DE FACEBOOK
Existen grupos en Facebook donde se comparten las compras realizadas en la web y se recomiendan vendedores.
Se pueden apreciar más detalles porque podemos pedirles a los participantes que expongan fotos más detalladas del producto o incluso que nos ayuden a encontrar determinado artículo.

ANTES DE COMPRAR
Ten en cuenta:
- Las ventas del artículo.
- Los comentarios de los consumidores.
- La puntuación del vendedor.
Teniendo estos puntos en cuenta te asegurarás de que tu artículo sea tal y como se muestra en las imágenes y evitarás decepciones.

The best new and difference between Ebay is that we can read the comments of other customers about the product itself. This way we can have a better idea of the item and decide whether it is worth the price or not.
Moreover, customers can include pictures of the item once the get it so we have the chance to see the real product as well.
Another plus this website offers is that puts together different sellers at the same place. Each seller sets a price for their product, but since they sell almost identical or identical stuff, we can find the same item cheaper from a different seller.  
And last but not least, I will mention this nice aspect among many others: we can chat online with the seller and ask them for pictures of the real item, ask questions, etc.
The problems is that some of them may not know English and therefore, they do not answer our messages, not even private ones. Or some of them, they just do not answer because they don't want to.
FACEBOOK GROUPS
There are Facebook groups in which people share their purchases and recommend sellers.
We can appreciate more details of a certain item because we can ask for more pictures to the customer or even ask for help to find a certain product we are looking for on the website.

BEFORE BUYING
Take into account:
- The item's orders.
- Customers' comments on the item.
- Seller's punctuation.
Having these point in mind, you will ensure that the article is accurate to the seller's description and the pictures and you will avoid disappointments. as well.
