Batido de fresa

STRAWBERRY MILKSHAKE

¿Qué tal? Ya estamos a Viernes...por fin!!! 
Después de una temporada sin publicar ninguna receta, hoy os voy a enseñar un rico, divertido y sobre todo fácil postre!!!
Se trata de un delicioso batido de fresa con nata, para refrescarnos los días de calor.

After a season without posting any recipe, today I'll show you a rich, funny and above all easy dessert!
This is a delicious strawberry milkshake with cream, to cool hot days.

Las fresas son muy ricas en agua y fibra y apenas tienen calorías, además son fuente de importantes vitaminas como la C y E y recomendables para combatir multitud de dolencias.
Strawberries are rich in water and fiber and have little calories, and are a source of important vitamins like C and E and recommended to combat many ailments.
Ahi vamos con la receta. Como ingredientes necesitamos;
- 300gr de fresas
- 1 vaso de nata montada 
- galleta de chocolate rallada (para acompañar)

• Para su elaboración, primero lavamos bien las fresas y le sacamos la parte verde. Una vez lavadas, las cortamos en trocitos.
• Disponemos las fresas en la licuadora y la nata encima. Procedemos a batirlo todo junto. 
• Una vez este todo bien triturado, lo disponemos en copas, rayamos un poco de galleta por encima y le damos un toque especial con una fresa entera (truco hacer un corte y colocar en el borde sino la fresa se hunde con el peso jeje)

Here we go with the recipe. As ingredients needed;- 300g of strawberries- 1 cup whipping cream- Grated chocolate cookie (to accompany)

• For its preparation, first wash the strawberries and we took the green. Once washed, cut into small pieces.
• We have strawberries in blender and cream on top. We proceed to beat it all together.
• If everything is well crushed, what we have in cups, cookie we painted a little above and give it a special touch with a whole strawberry (trick to make a cut and placed on the edge but Strawberry sinks with the weight lol)
