Hi guys! How was your week? In today’s 13th Blogmas (how quickly time passes!) we are going to talk about a topic that I’ve always liked, but it wasn’t until recently that I started to take seriously: essential oils. I already have two Christmas favorites from the Young Living brand.

I’m also in love with the smell of Christmas Spirit! My mom uses it regularly during this time and fills our home with its fragrance, a mixture of orange, cinnamon and black spruce. It’s perfect to start getting ready for this season.
Overall, my experience with essential oils has been great. They help me boost my mood, whether it is for relax purposes or feeling awake. And that’s something I love!

¡Buenos días, chicas! ¿Cómo ha ido la semana y el finde? En el Blogmas de hoy, que ya es el del día 13 (¡qué rápido pasa el tiempo!) vamos a hablar sobre un tema que siempre me ha gustado, pero que no es hasta ahora que he comenzado a tomármelo en serio: aceites esenciales. Yo ya tengo dos favoritos para Navidad de la marca Young Living.

Y también estoy enamorada del olor de Christmas Spirit, el cual usa mi madre regularmente en casa durante esta época y llena nuestro hogar de su fragancia a mezcla de naranja, corteza de canela y pícea negra. Es perfecto para empezar a notar la época crecer en nuestro interior.
En general, mi experiencia con los aceites esenciales ha sido excelente. Me ayudan a mejorar mi estado de ánimo, ya sea para relajarme o para sentirme más despierta. ¡Y eso es algo que me encanta!
