Coctel fácil de viernes por la noche // Friday Night Easy Cocktail

Como ya les conté de un tiempo para acá mis viernes incluyen una desvelada bien fuerte en la madrugada por lo que paso el día muy cansada, sumado a que trabajo y cuando llego a casa tengo por regla que en viernes en la tarde se hacen las tareas de la escuela, así que me toca sentarme con Gabriel, acompañarlo y guiarlo mientras las hace... a todo esto sumarle que hoy me tocó cita con la sicóloga que me está ayudando a sobrellevar la depresión y eso agota emocionalmente (Esta parte se las puedo contar otro día con calma).
As I told you before, from a time to here, on early Fridays I can't sleep well so I spent the day very tired, I go to work and when I get home I have as a rule that on Friday afternoon we do School tasks, so I have to sit with Gabriel, accompany him and guide him while doing them ... not to mention that today I had an appointment with the psychologist who is helping me to cope with depression and that makes me emotionally exhausts (I will tell this story another day calmly).
Otra costumbre que tenemos en casa, es que los viernes en la noche hacemos Cine Familiar, en pijama y comiendo palomitas de maiz. Es el único momento que Gabriel puede comer algo fuera de la cocina o del comedor (Ok regañenme por el extremismo, pero es que no soporto encontrar migajas de ningún tipo en el pasillo o las habitaciones).
At home we do Family Movies on Friday night, in pajamas and eating popcorn. It's the only time that Gabriel can eat anything outside the kitchen or the dining room (Ok scold me for extremism, but I can not stand to find crumbs - of any kind - in the hallway or the rooms).
Con todo esto aclarado para que se hagan una idea, hoy decidí que este viernes me relajaría con algo muy rico y fácil. Enfasis en fácil, porque mis habilidades como bartender son las mismas que tengo  de astronauta. Así que aquí les comparto un coctel muy fácil que pueden aplicar en casa y si tienen visitas, de seguro les encantará:
With all this said to give you an idea, today I decided that this Friday I would relax with something good and easy. Emphasis on easy, because my skills as bartender are the same I have as an astronaut. So here I share a very easy cocktail that can be apply at home, if they have visits, surely they will love:

• Smirnoff Ice Raspberry - frío / cold
• Mix de berries congeladas o frescas. Por lo general yo siempre tengo en casa de las congeladas porque las consumo de diferentes formas / Mix of frozen or fresh berries. Usually I always have at home frozen ones because I consume them in different ways.
• Se coloca en una copa o vaso divertido, se puede agregar hielo o un toque de agua con gas / Mix all together in a glass, you can add ice or a touch of sparkling water.

Apuesto que un domingo en la playa con este coctel sería un éxito / I bet a Sunday at the beach with this cocktail would be a hit.
