Estos son algunos extractos de un post de Enero del año pasado en el blog de twitter que recomendamos leer entero para opinar sobre este cambio en la política de twitter:

From an ethical perspective, almost every country in the world agrees that freedom of expression is a human right. Many countries also agree that freedom of expression carries with it responsibilities and has limits.

Desde una perspectiva ética, casi todos los países en el mundo está de acuerdo en que la libertad de expresión es un derecho humano. Muchos países también están de acuerdo que la libertad de expresión entraña responsabilidades y tiene sus límites.

While we may need to release information as required by law, we try to notify Twitter users before handing over their information whenever we can so they have a fair chance to fight the request if they so choose.
