Del campo y los atardeceres

Me gusta documentar la vida con fotos, no soy una experta pero eso no me detiene de andar tomando fotos, y admirar las fotos de alguien más. Aún las que en su momento me hayan disgustado (o en las que me apresuré a criticar esto o lo otro), al pasar el tiempo siempre acabo apreciándolas, no solo porque después de unos años resulta que no me veía "tan (inserte aquí autocrítica) _____  como pensaba", "o tan chaparrita", "o tan ancha", "o tan lo que sea"...Sino porque siempre me llevan a un momento diferente de mi vida y es inevitable pensar en  todo lo bueno de esa época.
Mi querida Lisset me tomo unas fotos muy lindas mientras andabamos de visita en un rancho cerca de Tierra Nueva, San Luís Potosí. Las comparto con ustedes como una forma de celebrar su talento y porque creo que el tener fotos bonitas de una misma tiene como cierto poder curativo.
I like to document life with photos, I'm no expert but that doesn't stop me from taking pictures, and admiring pictures taken by others. Even those pictures that in the time they took place I may have frown upon them - because I rushed to find flaws in myself, or possible areas of improvement - as time goes by, I always end up appreciating the value of each photograph. Not only because as years pass by and then I realized I was very harsh with myself - at the end I wasn't as short, or as chubby or as odd as I though- but also because in the end photographs take me to a different point in my life, and I can't help to think in all the good stuff back then.My dear Lisset took some very nice pictures of me while we were visiting a ranch close to Tierra Nueva in San Luis Potosí. I'm sharing with you this pictures as a way to celebrate her talent, and because I believe having nice pictures of one self has a special healing power.
