El dibujante e ilustrador Andy Park ha compartido una serie de diseños iniciales de Gamora y Mantis que realizó para Guardianes de la Galaxia y su secuela, Guardianes de la Galaxia Vol. 2.
Aunque uno de los diseños de Gamora se parece bastante a la versión final que vimos en las películas, el otro diseños muestra a una Gamora diferente que se parece más a la versión clásica de los cómics. Por contra, los diseños de Mantis son bastante diferentes a lo que acabamos viendo en pantalla. ¿Cuál os gusta más?
This was another early version I concept designed of Gamora on #guardiansofthegalaxyvol2 I was going for stylized warrior but I soon realized that was the wrong direction for the story @jamesgunn had in mind. Closeup of a Mantis design I did early on when we were going for a more insectoid look. I was trying to maintain the fine balance of an insectoid look but still keeping her attractive (to the human eye 😊). It’s easy to go creepy or even disgusting. I wanted to stay away from that. It was fun exploring her many different possible looks.
