Hoy os proponemos una forma sencilla y original para decorar vuestra mesa. Vamos a crear servilleteros con botones.

Today we are suggesting a simple and original way to decorate your table. Let’s make buttoned napkin rings.

Los materiales que necesitamos son los siguientes:

• • Botones
• • Cordón, hilo de bordar o baker’s twine
• • Tijeras

These are the elements we will need:

• • Some buttons
• • Cord, embroidery thread or baker’s twine
• • Scissors

1. Elige los botones combinando diferentes tamaños y colores.

1. Choose buttons of different sizes and colours.

2. Corta un trocito de cordón suficiente para rodear la servilleta.

2. Cut a little piece of cord and make sure it is enough to put it around the napkin.

3. Pasa el cordón por los agujeros de los botones. A mí me gusta que el primer botón quede por encima del segundo y así sucesivamente. Pero podéis dejar separación entre los botones o alternar las distancia.

3. Pass cord through button holes. I like it when first button is slightly on top of the second one and so on.

4. Enrolla la servilleta y ata el servilletero.

4. Roll napkin and tie up napkin ring.
