Suelen decir que la vida es eso que pasa mientras haces planes. Eso es exactamente lo que nos ha pasado a nosotros y hemos acabado viviendo entre Bilbao y Madrid, al menos por un tiempo. Y para daros la bienvenida a nuestro nuevo hogar, os vamos a enseñar como hemos personalizado nuestro felpudo con el que esperamos recibir con mucho amor a todos nuestros amigos cuando vengan a vernos.
It is sometimes said that life is what goes on while you are making plans. That’s exactly what have happened to us and we are currently living between Bilbao and Madrid, at least for a while. And to welcome you to our new home, we are going to show you how we have customized our doormat which we will use to warmly receive our friends.
Los materiales que hemos utilizado son los siguientes:
- · Un felpudo de fibra natural. Nosotros hemos comprado este en Ikea.
- · Una esponja.
- · Pintura acrílica.
These are the elements we have used:
- · A natural fiber doormat. We’ve bought this one at Ikea.
- · A sponge.
- · Acrylic paint.

Empapa la esponja con la pintura y aplícala en el felpudo.
Soak the sponge in the paint and apply it on the doormat.
Nosotros hemos utilizado el propio dibujo que tenía el felpudo para pintar la forma de corazón que tenía, pero podéis crear vuestra propia plantilla con el motivo que prefiráis y aplicar la pintura con la esponja de la misma forma.
We have taken advantage of the heart-shaped drawing that came with our doormat, but you can create your own template and apply the paint the same way.
