Don mendo rock ¿ la venganza ?

Esta mañana ha sido especial para mi . Cita a las 12 AM en el Hotel Meliá Fenix . Allí aparecieron puntuales , Paz  Vega , Elena Furiase , María Barranco , Antonio Resines ..., y el director José Luis García Sánchez .

Han posado para las televisiones y los fotógrafos y a continuación en una rueda de prensa , de la que os daré cuenta proximamente , han respondido a las preguntas de los periodistas .

Esta película, homenaje a los maestros de la comedia neorrealista de la España de los 50 - Bardem y Berlanga- narra las vicisitudes, infortunios, sinsabores y alegrías  que un grupo de esforzados habitantes de un pueblo de Andalucía sufren para llevar a cabo una misión aparentemente sencilla: la grabación en un programa de televisión de la popular obra de Muñoz Seca "La Venganza de don Mendo". Sus escasos recursos económicos les llevan a solicitar la colaboración de las fuerzas vivas: Guardia Civil, alcalde y demás personajes de la vida pública. Mientras tanto, los ciudadanos, mayoritariamente inmigrantes, protagonizarán una gran manifestación a las puertas del Ayuntamiento por que quieren participar en la grabación.....pero como no, cobrando.

  La Banda Sonora está compuesta por el cantante y compositor  KIKO VENENO

This movie, honoring to the teachers of the neorealist comedy of the Spain of the 50 - Bardem and Berlanga - narrates the vicissitudes, mishaps, displeasures and happy moments that a group of strong inhabitants of a people of Andalusia suffer to carry out a seemingly simple mission: the recording in a television program of Muñoz Seca's popular work " don Mendo's Revenge ". His scanty economic resources lead them to requesting the collaboration of the kinetic powers: Police, mayor and other prominent figures of the public life. Meanwhile, the citizens, for the most part immigrants, will lead a great manifestation on the verge of the Town hall for which they want to take part in the recording ..... but as not, charging.

The Sonorous Band is composed by the singer and composer KIKO VENENO
