Floral Thank You Card with Suzy's Prints

Hi there everyone! Sorry I've been MIA for the last week and a half. I'm currently in a far far away country where access to Internet is not as easy as I was promised ;).
I made a few cards before leaving though, and I will be sharing them with you during the coming weeks. Here is the first one!

¡Hola a todos! Siento haber estado desaparecida estas dos semanas. Ahora mismo estoy en un país muy muy lejano donde la conexión a Internet no es como me habían prometido ;).

Pero antes de salir de viaje hice unas cuantas tarjetas que iré compartiendo con vosotros en las próximas semanas. ¡Aquí está la primera!

For this card I used one of the beautiful watercolor prints by Suzy Plantmatura. These prints come already stamped and all you need to do is color them! The paper is for watercolor, but it also works with other mediums like alcohol markers or pencils.

Para esta tarjeta he usado una de las cartulinas estampadas de Suzy Plantmatura. Estas cartulinas ya vienen listas para que solo tengas que colorear, y aunque el papel es para acuarelas, funciona también con rotuladores de alcohol y con lápices de colores.

I first applied a light layer of Distress Oxide inks on the whole card. Then took my Copic Markers and colored the flowers. I didn't know what to expect, but I was amazed at how both mediums were working together and giving me really interesting tones!

Primero he aplicado una capa suave the tintas Distress Oxide en toda la cartulina. Después he usado mis rotuladores Copic para colorear las flores. No tenía muy claro cómo iba a quedar pero me he sorprendido al ver ambos médiums trabajar juntos para darme unos tonos muy interesantes :).

Once I was done with the coloring, I cut the print with a stitched rectangle die and placed it on my card base with a bit of craft foam. For the sentiment, I used a really nice die by Tonic Studios (all supplies are listed below).

Una vez he acabado de colorear, he cortado la cartulina con un troquel rectangular de falso cosido y la he pegado a la tarjeta base usando gomaespuma. Para el sentimiento he usado un troquel de Tonic Studios (todos los materiales están listados al final de la entrada).
