Huber de Givenchy exhibition Madrid

Este fin de Semana tuvimos el honor visitar la colección de creaciones de uno de grandes diseñadores  de moda de siglo 20 Hubert de Givenchy en Museo Thyssen-Bornemisza en Madrid. Paseando de sala a sala admiramos sus trajes de lineas puras y vestidos de noche llenos de detalles lujosas con impresionante caída de telas. Entre ellos, vestido de Audrey Hepburn de la película "Desayuno con Diamantes" y misterioso vestido de encaje negro de "Como robar un million". Personalmente, mi favorito es el mini vestido de novia de palabra de honor creado con flores blancas.Que creativo!
En su vida Givenchy solo he expuesto su gran colección (muchos de ellos de colecciones privadas) en dos coacciones: una vez en Paris, y ahora en Madrid en Museo Thyssen-Bornemisza , así que no os perdáis la oportunidad de ver en vivo los diseños de ese gran diseñador! This Weekend we had the honor to visit the collection of Hubert de Givenchy, one of the greatest fashion designers of 20th century in Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum in Madrid. Walking from room to room we admired the pure lines of his costumes and evening dresses made of stunning fabrics with luxurious details. Among them, a dress worn by Audrey Hepburn in "Breakfast at Tiffany's" and mysterious black lace dress from"How to steal a million"movie.Personally, my favorite is the strapless wedding dress made of white flowers. Stunning!
In his life Givenchy've only exhibited his large collection (many from private collections) in two occasions: once in Paris, and now in Madrid Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum, so do not miss the opportunity to see in live creations of this great designer! The you have until October 18, 2014.
