WOMAN'S WEEK / 2014
Hace meses, justo en este post os comentaba lo importante que es apoyar a las mujeres en su intento de alcanzar las metas y como comentaba entonces, es una lástima que en pleno s.XXI todavía se alcen voces contra la libertad de la mujer; considerándonos tácitamente inútiles para tomar decisiones y relegándonos al papel de mera cuidadora y procreadora... La reforma de la ley del aborto es una muestra más de la estúpida sociedad machista en la que vivimos, y en la empresa las cosas no nos van mejor: con la crisis la brecha salarial entre hombres y mujeres se ha disparado. Las mujeres ganan entre un 20% y un 30%menos que los hombres. Así es. Hoy en día, sigue siendo así. Por este motivo hoy quiero compartir con vosotras un proyecto que refuerza el valor de las mujeres en la empresa; se trata de la Madrid Woman's Week, unas jornadas que ponen en valor el papel de la mujer en la empresa y las sitúa en cargos directivos de empresas principalmente tecnológicas (un mundo bastante masculino, por cierto...).
Estas jornadas tendrán lugar en Madrid, del 3 al 7 de marzo: talleres, ponencias, mesas redondas.... y contarán su experiencia algunas mujeres que seguro conoces como la Youtuber Isabel Llano de Isasaweis o la bloggger Eva González de Mamá Convergente ¿Quieres conocer el resto de participantes? Months ago, right in this post I commented how important it is to support women in their attempt to achieve the goals and as I said then, it is a pity that in the XXI century still voices are raised against the freedom of women, seeing ourselves tacitly useless to make decisions and relegating the role of caregiver and procreative mere ... The reform of the abortion law is another example of the stupid sexist society in which we live, and the company things we did not go better : the crisis with the wage gap between men and women has skyrocketed. Women earn between 20% and 30% less than men . Right. Today, still is.That is why today I want to share with you a project that reinforces the value of women in the company, it is the Madrid Woman's Week, a conference who focused on the role of women in the company and placed in leadership positions mainly technology companies (a rather masculine world, by the way ...). This conference will take place in Madrid from 3 to 7 March: workshops, lectures, round tables .... and some women tell their experience to secure you know as Isabel Llano, the Youtuber Isasaweis or Eva González from the blog Mamá Convergente.Want to know the other participants? in the video I'll tell you;)If you are in Madrid ... come on!
