McQueen in my dreams (McQueen en mis sueños) By Clotílde V.S

I don't know why, (hope isn't the fever!) but the latest nights i've been dreaming with someone very special who left us recently. I'm talking about the genius, about a man who made something incredible with any kind of fabric. I' m talking about Alexander McQueen.
When he died, i told Iratxe and Asier, that he was too young to had  enough time to explain to someone how he works, to young to catch his essence and details that make the diference and the touch of McQueen. Lanvin, Chanel, Dior...they have years of history on their back, but Alexander, wasn't too early? Well, since may, we know that Alexander McQueen still alive in stores, thanks to his successor Sarah Burton. Only three months between his death and the new disigner.
Wish you good luck, wish you only half of his greats ideas. And you will succeed.

No sé porqué (espero que no sea la fiebre!) pero las últimas noches no hago más que soñar con alguien muy especial que nos dejó recientemente. Estoy hablando de un genio, de un hombre que hizo maravillas con cualquier tipo de tejido. Estoy hablando de Alexander McQueen.
Cuando murió, les dije a Iratxe y Asier que era demasiado jóven para haber tenido tiempo de explicarle a alguien cómo trabajaba, demasiado jóven para captar su esencia y sus detalles que marcan la diferencia y el toque de McQueen. Lanvin, Chanel, Dior...llevan años de historia a sus espaldas, pero Alexander, no era demasiado pronto' Bueno, desde mayo, Alexander McQueen sigue vivo en las tiendas, gracias a su sucesora Sarah Burton. Sólo (sí, a pesar de la RAE pongo la tilde, manías que tiene una...) tres meses después de su muerte.
Te deseo buena suerte, te deseo que tengas la mitad de las buenas ideas que tuvo él. Y triunfarás.
