Melanie C presenta su nuevo single, ‘Blame It On Me’

Melanie C sorprendía a sus seguidores hace unas semanas publicando el tema ‘Who I Am‘ en pleno confinamiento como primer adelanto de su próximo disco.

Con el fin de seguir dando a conocer este nuevo álbum, la cantante ha publicado ahora su nuevo sencillo ‘Blame It On Me’. La canción se describe oficialmente como «un explosivo tema de pop moderno a base de melodías disco y electrónicas, que reflexiona sobre la toxicidad de una larga relación y el duro camino hasta lograr empoderarse y defenderse una misma. Con este single, la artista parece haber evolucionado en su música, pero a la vez revisita sus raíces. Al final, Melanie C no sólo formó parte de la banda de chicas más grande de la historia si no que también creció entorno a la cultura club de Widnes, donde se escapaba a raves de Prodigy».

El sencillo ‘Blame It On Me‘ ha sido compuesto por la artista junto a Niamh Murphy, Samuel Brennan y Tom Hollings, con la producción de Billen Ted, y viene acompañado de un destacado videoclip que incluye varias referencias a la primera etapa de Mel C como la conocida Sporty Spice.
