Desde la introducción del pañuelo a Europa en el siglo XV, este ha sido utilizado con diversos propósitos a través de la historia, en aquel entonces sólo por las mujeres de la alta sociedad francesa. El pañuelo de bolsillo es la herramienta actual para identificar a un hombre que sabe de moda. Es una prenda versátil porque aparte de realzar cualquier atuendo con mucho estilo, también sirve para lo que fue hecho en primera instancia, el aseo personal. 
En la actualidad existen incluso tutoriales para que aprendas el arte de doblar correctamente el pañuelo de bolsillo, lo importante aquí es que este accesorio complemente con la camisa y la corbata, pero no necesariamente debe combinar.

Si se forma un bulto en el bolsillo del saco, puede ser por dos razones, o el pañuelo está mal doblado o es demasiado grande. 4. Opta por dobleces clásicos, no querrás parecer el payaso de un circo.
