Este fin de semana, mientras me quejaba en la cama por no poder respirar y por el dolor de cabeza propio de la congestión, dos seguidoras, Rocío (@LadyRo87) y Patricia me enviaban a la vez – ¡qué curioso! – el vídeo que os traigo hoy porque les recordaba a mi y a mi filosofía (¡10 puntos!). Obviamente este vídeo no es mío pero el mensaje es tan poderoso y tan en la línea de lo que siempre hablo (ya sabéis que siempre estoy repitiéndome con lo de usar protección 50 en el rostro todos los días) que TENÍA que ponéroslo.
This past weekend, while I was moaning in bed because I couldn’t breathe and because my head was banging in pain thanks to the congestion, Rocio (@LadyRo87) and Patricia – two of my followers – sent me today’s video at the same time (how odd!) Because it made them think of me and my philosophy (10 points!). Obviously this video it’s not mine, but the message is so powerful and so in my line (you know how I’m always preaching about the absolute need of wearing 50 SPF protection every day on our faces) that I HAD to share it with you all.
Sentaos relajadas y prestad atención porque las imágenes os van a producir admiración y el shock y casi estoy segura de que en seguida vais a querer poneros protección solar ¡a toda hora! Sit down, relax and pay close attention because the images are going to move you inside and cause admiration and shock in similar amounts. I can see you all wanting to wear SPF at all times! Please, you have to leave me your reactions and thoughts in the comments section below, I’m dying to know what you think about it because it left me in awe for 10 minutes.
No os hablo más porque quiero daros paso y dejaros disfrutar. Y porque, de verdad, quiero que esta vez todas me contéis qué os parece esta maravilla y qué os parece la terrible evidencia del daño que el sol REALMENTE le hace a nuestra piel. No nos olvidemos que el cáncer de piel es más común que el de mama, próstata, pulmón y colon TODOS JUNTOS. Vaticino una sacudida gigante a nivel personal.
I won’t talk anymore because I want you to enjoy. And because this time I really want you all to let me know what you think of this amazing experiment and about the terrible evidence of the sun’s REAL damage on your skin. Don’t forget that skin cancer is more common than breast, prostate, lung and colon cancer ALL TOGETHER. I predict a huge personal inner shake.
