El sábado descubrí unos de esos sitios a los que vuelves sin dudarlo. Se trata de un restaurante situado en el edifico de la Filmoteca de Catalunya, junto a la Rambla del Raval. De camino hacia allí, paramos a ver el genial Gato de Botero, una escultura preciosa que se ha convertido en un icono de la ciudad condal.
Como os digo, el restaurante me encantó. Se llama La Monroe y, aunque no tienen muchos platos donde elegir, los que tienen son deliciosos y económicos. Es un lugar muy agradable, con una decoración muy bonita y original, estilo vintage y un ambiente muy joven y alegre.
Para la ocasión escogí unos jeans de C&A, camisa vaquera y cuñas de Pull & Bear, chaqueta de Mango y bufanda comprada en Sevilla, en un mercadillo.
On Saturday I found one of those places that you go back. This is a restaurant located in the building of the Filmoteca de Catalunya, near the Rambla del Raval. On the way there, we stopped to see the great Cat by Botero, a beautiful sculpture that has become an icon of the city.
As I say, I loved the restaurant. It's called La Monroe and although there are many dishes to choose are delicious and inexpensive. It is a very nice place with a very nice and original decor, vintage style and a very young and lively atmosphere.
For the occasion I chose jeans C & A, denim shirt and wedges Pull & Bear, Mango jacket and scarf bought in Seville, at a flea market.
