Cómo es notorio , no sólo por la taquilla, Toy Story 3, ha logrado con su historia tocar la fibra que toda película busca , la de total subjetivación del espectador ante su narración, la académica consciente de ello no solo la ha postulado a mejor filma animado sino también en la categoría de mejor película, edición de sonido, guión, y es favorita par llevarse el premio frente a "Cómo entrenar a tu dragón" y "El Ilusionista".
