Pantone Spring 2014

Good morning!! I'm sure most of you already know the colours pantone has chosen as the top ten colours for this spring 2014. These colours go from a Placid blue to a beautiful Dazzling blue passing by a stunning Freesia. We will not only wear these colours on clothes, accessories and shoes, but we will also see them as eyeshadows, nail varnishes and even as hair dye!! Which one is your favourite?
¡Buenos días! Estoy segura que muchas ya sabéis cuales son los colores que pantone ha elegido como los colores que serán tendencia esta primavera 2014. Para aquellos que no sepáis cuales son, pantone ha elegido 10 colores que van desde el Placid blue hasta un precioso Dazzling blue pasando por un llamativo Freesia. Estos colores los llevaremos no solo en ropa, accesorios y calzado, sino también en nuestro maquillaje, laca de uñas e incluso en el pelo!! Aquí os los dejo todos en más detalle ¿cuáles son vuestros favoritos?
 Placid blue: el primero de los colores que pantone ha elegido es un azul pastel, un azul cielo, que produce una sensación de paz y tranquilidad.
Placid blue: the first colour they have chosen is a pastel blue, a lovely sky blue which, as they say, induces a sense of peaceful calmness. 
Violet tulip: un púrpura pastel, romántico y vintage que evoca nostalgia. De los tres colores pastel que nos presentan este es mi favorito ;)

 Hemlock: el tercero de los colores pastel que nos presentan es este verde veraniego y ornamental, que proporciona un toque decorativo diferente a los verdes de pasadas temporadas.
Hemlock: the third of the pastel colours they introduce this season is a summery, ornamental green that provides a decorative touch different from the greens of recent seasons.
 Paloma: un gris que nos servirá como color neutral, y que podemos llevar solo o combinado con cualquier color para darle un toque sofisticado.
Paloma: this grey will serve as a neutral colour, which we can wear alone or combined with any other colour for a sophisticated touch.
Sand: otro de los colores neutros que nos presentan es este, que es un suave tostado que nos hace pensar en la playa y el verano.
Sand: a lightly toasted neutral, that conjures images of the beach and the carefree days of summer.
 Freesia: un amarillo vibrante, cálido y lleno de energía.

Freesia: a blazing yellow who's warmth and energy help set the stage for celosia orange.
 Cayenne: un rojo radiante, que añade un toque picante a los colores neutros.
Cayenne: a high-pitched red that adds a dash of spicy heat to neutrals. 
 Celosia orange: un naranja optimista y espontáneo, y que junto con el cayenne es uno de mis favoritos.

 Radiant orchid: mi favorito de los 10 y también el favorito de los consumidores, ya que ha sido elegido como el color del año.

Radiant orchid: my favourite of the 10 colours for this spring and it is also the favourite of the consumers, as it has been chosen as the colour of the year.

Dazzling blue: el último de los 10 y también uno de los que más me gustan. Al igual que el Radiant orchid es un color vibrante que combina genial con cualquiera de los otros colores.

Dazzling blue: the last of the 10 and also one of my favourites. Like Radiant orchid it is also a vibrant colour which pairs well with any of the other colours.
